To help with Winter Pressures the surgery will be open on the following SATURDAY MORNINGS from 08:30 till 11:30 this is for medical issues that need to be dealt with on that morning. Please telephone the surgery number on the Saturday mornings that we are open for assistance or call into the Surgery.

Choose well campaign, use service appropriately: Think Pharmacy First, Dentist, GP, or Minor Injuries unit, A+E is only for emergencies!!!
Barton Family Practice can deal with Minor injuries please ring to book an appointment with the nurse to have minor injuries treated.
When the surgery is closed please call free phone 111 for access to GP and other appropriate services.

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will soon be required to supply your personal and confidential medical information to the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC). This information will be taken from the practice in a form that can identify you. Legally, the practice has NO choice but to allow HSCIC to extract this information.
However, individual patients can instruct us to stop the transfer of their data. Further information can be found here and an opt out form to complete and return to the practice here
